Dominic Chan

Dominic has been an Executive Director of CK Infrastructure Holdings Limited since January 2011 and Chief Financial Officer of the company since January 2006. He has also been an Executive Director of Power Assets Holdings Limited since June 2012. He joined Hutchison Whampoa Limited in January 1992 and has been with the CK Group since May 1994. Dominic is a fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and also a member of the Institute of Certified Management Accountants (Australia).

Graham Edwards

Graham is the Chief Executive of Wales & West Utilities, a position he has held since business start-up in 2005. He has significant senior management experience in the Utility sector - running gas, electricity and water businesses. Prior to WWU, he worked with South Wales Electricity, Hyder plc and Thames Water.


Before joining the utility sector in 1992, Graham worked in the manufacturing sector with global automotive and consumer goods companies. His experience included senior Engineering, Production and Human Resource roles before adopting business leadership positions.


In his early years Graham served an apprenticeship in structural engineering. Graham has a Masters’ Degree in Business Administration and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development.

Mark Horsley

Mark has been Chief Executive Officer of Northern Gas Networks since 2011. He has over 40 years of experience in the energy sector.


Previously Mark was Head of Power Distribution at EC Harris, an international built asset consultancy, Strategy and Central Programmes Director at Scottish Power and President and Chief Operating Officer at CE Electric UK. Mark held the post of Chairman of the UK Energy Networks Association from 2004 to 2006, and was appointed Non-Executive Director of the EIC in September 2017.

Andrew John Hunter

Andrew has been the Executive Director of CK Infrastructure Holdings Limited (CKI) since December 2006 and the Deputy Managing Director of CKI since May 2010. Andrew is also an Executive Director of Power Assets Holdings Limited. He holds a Master of Arts degree and a Master’s degree in Business Administration. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland and of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He has over 35 years of experience in accounting and financial management.

H L Kam

Mr. H L Kam is Group Managing Director of CK Infrastructure Holdings Limited, a position he has held since its incorporation in May 1996. He is also the Deputy Managing Director of CK Hutchison Holdings Limited and CK Asset Holdings Limited, President and Chief Executive Officer of CK Life Sciences International (Holdings) Inc, and Chairman of Hui Xian Asset Management Limited which manages Hui Xian Real Estate Investment Trust, a listed real estate investment trust. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering and a Master’s degree in Business Administration.

Charles Tsai

Charles is an Executive Director and the Chief Executive Officer of Power Assets Holdings Limited. He is also the General Manager of Power Assets Investments Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Power Assets. Charles has been responsible for Power Assets Group’s investments outside Hong Kong since 1997. He holds a Bachelor of Applied Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering and is a Registered Professional Engineer and a Chartered Engineer.

Craig de Laine

Craig is Chief Executive Officer of Australian Gas Networks, one of Australia’s largest gas distribution businesses with 1.2 million customers.

 

Craig is an experienced executive and, prior to being appointed CEO, had responsibility for a broad range of key corporate functions, including business strategy, our low carbon strategy and transition, hydrogen growth and development, ESG, corporate affairs, media, communications, regulation, customer service and business development, community engagement, risk and compliance and people and culture. He brings over 20 years of industry experience and currently Chairs the Australian Hydrogen Centre and the Future Fuels Cooperative Research Centre Research Program.

 

Craig holds a Master of Economics.
