UK Power Networks

UK Power Networks (UKPN) own and maintain electricity cables and lines across London, the South East and East of England making sure the lights stay on.  UKPN maintain and upgrade power equipment, moving and connecting new electricity cables.

Seabank Power Station is gas fired power station in England. The station has an installed capacity of 1,140MW and is owned by Seabank Power Limited, a 50:50 joint venture between SSE and CK Infrastructure Holdings Limited. The station was built in two modules with 'Seabank One' (755MW) being opened in 2000 and 'Seabank Two' (385MW) opening in 2001. All of the electricity at the plant is sold under contract to SSE. United Energy

United Energy owns and manages the poles and wires that deliver electricity to more than 640,000 customers across east and southeast Melbourne and Victoria’s Mornington Peninsula region. We are responsible for the quality, safety and reliability of electricity that powers homes and businesses across the network.

Energy Developments

Energy Developments owns and operates an international portfolio of distributed power generation facilities in Australia, North America and Europe, utilising a range of fuel sources including landfill gas, waste coal mine gas, wind, solar, natural gas (including pipeline natural gas, compressed natural gas (CNG), and liquefied natural gas (LNG), and diesel.  Energy Developments specialises in renewable and low greenhouse emission power generation projects as well as long-term power generation solutions for remote mines and communities.

UK Renewable Holdco 1 Limited

UK Renewable Holdco 1 Limited is a UK based company, which looks to invest in the energy futures market.  UK Renewable Holdco 1 Limited previously owned Iberwind, an operator of wind farms based in Portugal. This investment was sold in 2020.
