UK Power Networks

UK Power Networks (UKPN) own and maintain electricity cables and lines across London, the South East and East of England making sure the lights stay on.  UKPN maintain and upgrade power equipment, moving and connecting new electricity cables.

Seabank

Seabank Power Station is gas fired power station in England. The station has an installed capacity of 1,140MW and is owned by Seabank Power Limited, a 50:50 joint venture between SSE and CK Infrastructure Holdings Limited. The station was built in two modules with 'Seabank One' (755MW) being opened in 2000 and 'Seabank Two' (385MW) opening in 2001. All of the electricity at the plant is sold under contract to SSE. UK Renewable Holdco 1 Limited is a UK based company, which looks to invest in the energy futures market.  UK Renewable Holdco 1 Limited previously owned Iberwind, an operator of wind farms based in Portugal. This investment was sold in 2020.
